Age Groups We Serve

YAMS is not enrolling at this time. We appreciate your interest in You Are My Sunshine and are grateful for families who want to learn more about our center. While enrollment is currently closed, we invite you to explore what makes YAMS such a special place for children and families.

YAMS serves children from 6 weeks through 11 years old. Our center provides thoughtful, age-appropriate care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, with a focus on safety, learning through play, individualized attention, and strong family communication.

  • Our youngest children are cared for in a nurturing, secure environment with flexible routines that reflect each child’s individual needs and home schedule. Caregivers provide plenty of one-on-one attention through cuddling, reading, singing, movement, and hands-on support as children begin to explore the world around them.

  • Preschoolers are given daily opportunities to play, learn, and build confidence in a way that feels engaging and natural. Through art, music, movement, sensory activities, language-rich experiences, and hands-on exploration, children are supported in their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

  • School-age children have access to a supportive space where they can study, relax, stay active, and participate in age-appropriate activities. Our program is designed to give older children a balance of structure, independence, and opportunities to connect, move, and unwind throughout their time at YAMS.
